Shipping via Parcel Force

Does anyone out there use Parcel Force as their courier and have a system set up whereby it charges an extra amount for the Highlands & Islands (Parcel Force adds a big surcharge for these areas and we've found on some items we're losing out by quite a bit).

If so could they let me have a url so I can have a look at how others have set it up before I attempt it myself!

I'm afraid I haven't got an example URL to point you to, but I've seen this done on a few sites. If you create regions for the UK in Advanced | Locations, you can then allocate these regions in different shipping zones (Business Settings | Shipping and Handling) and therefore specify different shipping charges.
