Exporting Error (Error 3078/3075)

Hi, we're trying to export our orders from v7 to Quickbooks and are getting errors 3078 and 3075 coming up, we've performed this task several times before but now we can't - any help please?

Are you using a US version of QuickBooks/Actinic, or is it a UK version?
