Hi all

Does anyone know how to get rid of the Paypal Button that has put itself on my Checkout page? It appears before people fill out their name and address. I am getting lots of abandoned carts at this point and I am sure it is because people get there and think that Paypal is the only option as it is only after name and address details are put in that you get the payment options (Credit card, Paypal or cheque). I have looked at all the payment set up options in Express and in Paypal and can't see any way of getting rid of it. The only thing I can think of is to stop accepting Paypal, which I am quite happy to do, but it would be much easier just to get rid of it. Any ideas???

Hi Ali

Unfortunately Paypal have various rules and regulations about integrating with them - including a requirement to display the icon at the start of the checkout. Sorry about that.

Hi,
Typical Paypal!
So why can't the Actinic Express checkout make it clear at that point that if the customer proceeds with checkout they can choose other options? That would be really helpful and avoid much confusion.
