Hi all,
Quite a simple question...and I hope a simple answer!
Sometimes a customer will order say 10 of a product and there will actually be only 8 in stock. This reduces stock levels to -2 and leaves us trying to get stocks cut down (we sell photopaper) to accomodate the order.
We would rather a message informed the customer that they had exceeded the stock quantity and please reduce their order.
I know we can show stock levels on the website but we'd rather not do this.
