Share details with trusted... Can't remove

Following the upgrade I have ticked the box to remove "Share details with trusted people" option on customer check-out. Yet it still won't go away!!!
What's happening here?... This is a most loathed part of Actinic Express and I still can't get rid of it.

I've just had a look at http://www.ratsport.com/ and can't see the box you mention. It might be you had an older version of the store pages cached in your browser.

No, unfortunately its still there - if you go through the order page on my site (ie order something) its there. I understand entirely the point you made above, but unfortunately that's not the solution. Please help me get rid of this...

Thanks for that. I can't explain it. I have refreshed my cache (several times). I will log on with someone else's computer when I get a chance and have a look to see if it appears afresh.
