Missing Orders

Hi

Had this problem today, any ideas why this happened:

Downloaded order last night order number xxxxxxxxxxx1399,

got three orders today, one xxxxxxxxxx1400, one 00000001401 both with worldplay details, then email saying new order since downloaded with order no xxxxxxxx1396, downloaded orders only got the xxxxxxxxx1396.
Since placed on order myself, with order no xxxxxxxx1397

Forgive me seeing the humour in this and not being able to offer a constructive suggestion. But are you operating a doomsday system?:p

Has there been any change/upgrades to the hosting company who providing you space, or have you moved hosting recently?

Is it working fine now? Please advise
