e-mail spamming made easy

Question:

Why is the 'contact us' button set up to open outlook express/ mail to: when that is a sure fire way of guaranteeing you get all the spam you could ever ask for, and then some?

Would a better option not be to have a basic online form that can be adapted by the user? Is this option being considered?

It would be good if something like this was a standard part of actinic, rather than having to hardcode your way round it.

Here here,

I agree entirely, and what about telephone, fax and mailing address, they should go in a separate contact page too, I know you can do it in a brochure page but it makes sense that the Contact us button holds that information.
