Export Error

I'm trying to exporttusing Actinic Business V7.03
When I try to export using Tab Delimited and Ansi,
I get an error that says "error occured during import: Invalid Cursor State

Then the export is canceled.

Help!

Hi Annette

How strange. Have you tried doing a 'Housekeeping | Compact Databases'? This can sometimes unlock weird little issues like this one.

Also, are you using External Linking at the moment? I only ask because I've seen this error with External Linking before. Try de-linking to your external file before trying the export again.

Thanks. I answered your other message. I did compact the database and am not externally linked.
I contacted Actinic and opened a support ticket. Thanks again!
