Hello All

Error message I recieve 'The system cannot find specified file' whilst trying to retrieve orders and upload via FTP today.

All other FTP software appears to connect and I am able to view the web and retrieve emails but actinic FTP does not recognize a connection all of a sudden. Details are all the same as usual - Does anyone Got any ideas? or have experienced a simular problem?

All help much Appreciated at this intense Shopping Period

Kind Regards

I'd suggest doing a 'Web | Refresh Website' to replace any missing files that might be on the website. This won't delete anything - just fill in any blanks that might be there.

Have you contacted the host to see if they are having server issues at the moment?

Not the same - so not a related host problem.

:) I reinstalled the actinic software and imported the back up and then refreshed the site and all is working fine again.

It appears there is file damaged which help with getting orders and connecting uploads!

Hope this helps all those whom may have a simular problem
