Continue Shopping button redirect

I know this has been covered somewhat before but I want a slightly more complicated redirect.

Instead of going back to the product page (default setting) or back to a specific URL (too rigid), I want to send the customer to one level up from the product page.

i.e. to the level in bold

Store page > Sections > Products

I have a simple one product per section layout for some categories (which is really just an altered section layout) and want to come back to this level after clicking the Continue Shopping button

This section shows it - http://www.inbrass.co.uk/acatalog/door_knobs_wood.html

I want to come back to this level (not just this page as I will eventually use this layout over several categories).

Does this make sense?

Is this even possible?

Hi Joe,

I can see what you are saying, and it may be possible, however such a script change would need to be tested on all shopping mode. I don't think this has been done before on the community and would need a bit of a rewrite. If there is a fellow perl developer who has done this, then please feel free to comment here.
