Parcel Force Shipping Tables Release

I've just downloaded the Parcel Force Shipping Tables release and realise that I have to implort it via Hierarchical Import - but are there any notes about what to do next? It is set up with Zones 1,2 & 3 for the UK - but do I have to input the postcodes that these zones relate to or are they already there?

Any pointers?

Where do you download the parcelforce shipping rates from? I am assuming you can also download other shipping rates as well?
I can't believe I have been thick enough to do this manually!

Although the Parcel Force import sets up the correct postage values for zones 1, 2 and 3, you will find that there are no countries or provinces defined for these zones.

It is up to you to decide whether you think 'Highlands and Islands of Scotland', 'Northern Ireland' 'Isle of Man' or 'Isles of Scilly' are separate countries, or else provinces within 'United Kingdom'.

You can then add them accordingly in 'Advanced | Locations' and select them in 'Business Settings | Shipping'.
