If you go to my products section of my catalog:

http://www.memixdirect.com/acatalog/Basic_Productswatches.html

and then you click one of the 3 buttons that give more info about then the popups DO work.

BUT, if you use this affiliate link:

http://www.memixdirect.com/cgi-bin/rs000001.pl?SOURCE=OPTIMAL&DESTINATION=./Basic_Productswatches.html&PATH=../acatalog/&BASEURL=http://www.memixdirect.com/acatalog

then whilst it does take you to the products page, when clicking the buttons, the popup pages show as 'file not found errors'. It looks like the popup window is trying to load the relevant html page from the cgi-bin directory rather than the acatalog directory.

This is a bug in EC which will be fixed in the nexy maintenance release. Meanwhile you can use the solution posted at http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?threadid=2215

Hi

Can I ask a favour that you cut and paste the thread as a reply to this.

Thx!

I have tried this link

http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?threadid=2215

and it works fine for me.

What happens when you try it?

I think the problem is that I do not have a developer login. I recently purchased Catalog v6 then upgraded to Business and Actinic Link for QBooks (from Zion Media who will prove I did this).

Can someone allow me in to this forum please otherwise I can't see the fix in the thread.?

The post is quite long, so I have joined you to the forum.

Sorry about that - I did not spot that it was in the Developers conference.
