Hi all,

I have used a widescreen laptop while building http://www.universaluk.com and I have never used a different PC to view and test the website etc. Today I have noticed [was using a 15” monitor] that homepage needs to be scrolled left to right to see the whole page. Well, I have now reduced the ACTSTDWIDTH but from my laptop [widescreen] I see half of the right side of fragments is empty.

This is not a new site but never felt it has been done 100% so didn’t ask for your feedback [now i know it will never be 100% ] . Could you please have a look at the site? Any comments and suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks.

It's not the size of the monitor, it's the resolution - the number of dots across and down.

Your site works at 1024 pixels wide. If you want to work at lower resolutions, reduce ACTSTDWIDTH to 520 and optionally, fix the overall width and center the site on the page. That works at all resolutions.

Your Safebuy Logo is out of date and should no longer be in use. You need to visit Safebuy and get your new logo.

Thanks Bill,

Safebuy logo has been updated. I have changed the ACTSTDWIDTH to back to my old setting[825] for now and will work on it later.
