Does anyone have any insight into Fasthosts for running Actinic?

If Fasthosts say that their new windows servers are not capable of running Actinic stores then they should state it on the server choice options.. Own up to their being problems, when they occur.

Is it really true that they are having problems with the new Server setup?

I am hearing a few bad things, but I have an entire system that i have setup/designed and I want to make sure that I make the right move if and when I move.
