Standalone demo help needed

Hopefully, someone out there can help.

I have the Apache, Perl, War-FTP environment set up on Home XP. It has been working without any problem from day one.

However, this morning I came into work to test out some design changes and load them up. First of all, it worked fine, but now it will not work.

I attach a screenshot of the error I get. I am unaware of changing any settings. I have restarted Apache and carried out a configtest and all "seems" ok, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probelm solved, as always, put a human in charge of a perfectly working computer and he can make sure it stops working.
