Hi i have just tried importing a snapshot from an other pc which normally happens weekly between our two offices and i have received the error listed below. Does any of you gurus know if this is important? I have orders waiting to download and are leaving them until i know if this is ok.
The snapshot action has aborted because fatal errors were detected. Please contact Actinic support for advice.
There is 1 Fatal error
FATAL ERRORS
(File ImportBackup.cpp, Line 305) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Error writing to file C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ts4922.tmp ! has been caught.
Both computers are Using version 5.1.4.0.0.33
Also both on win 2k
