Another quick question for all you experts please.

Can I change the text that goes with the price on each product - the bit that says (Including: VAT at 17.5%) or is it set in stone?

Yes it can be changed.

The text is set under Design -> Text -> Goto, Phase -1, ID 219

The %s adds the "VAT at 17.5%"
