Hi,
Having probs with my shop (www.pharmacypartnership.com/acatalog/).
I can place an order on my site, but i cannot get past the java applet, it sticks on 'order recieved. a reciept will be displayed shortly'.
Can anyone help?

I placed a dummy order on your site, but the payment is only configured with NetBanx, so I can't see the fault with the java applet.

sorry, ok i have changed it back.
I have noticed that it workd fine on a mac but not a pc??
Any ideas?

I just tried it, and got no payment selection drop-down at all!
My guess is that your site is having difficulty communicating with the SMTP server that tries to send the email receipt.
Do you get any errors when you click 'Test' in 'Advanced | Network Setup'? Also, try leaving the 'Mail (SMTP) Server' field blank and uploading and then try an order.

I have just tried this but it didn't make any difference?!
The network test worked.
The Payment type which is missing, has never been there, i don't know why that is, but if you press next it takes you to the java applet.
Any other ideas?

If you have a copy of Access, you could try the fix I suggest HERE (http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=679).
Make sure that if you have Access 2000 or Access XP that you do not upgrade the database when you open it.
Also, take a backup of your Site1 folder before attempting this.
