Intermittent Java Applet Failure

Hi,

Ive been having some problems with the java credit card applet. For the most part it works fine, but occasionally it comes up greyed out, saying EA.class not found, even though this file is where it should be, and minutes later it works fine again.
Ive tried the suggestions in the knowledge base, namely check directory structure and file permissions, and have tried and found the problem on several different computers with java installed.
If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate some help,

I'm afriad I have no great suggestions for you as you have done all the things I would have recommended.

My only suggestion is to consider moving away from java-encryption to an SSL-based security. SSL (with the accompanying golden padlock/key) is more widely recognised by online shoppers as being secure, and without it you could get people abandoning orders.
