why do my price schedules keep incrementing?

Hi,

Does anyone know what causes the value of the price schedules to keep incrementing?

I've got 3 price schedules in the price Schedules table in the actinic db and they now have the values 1, 6 and 7. Up from 1, 4 and 5.

Everytime they change all my accounts are affected.

I've tried various things but cannot get the price schedule IDs to change in the database. Do you amend your price schedules at all or do you import price schedule data via a csv file?

Hi Tracey,

I have amended the schedules via tha Actinic UI & by importing the data via a CSV. I have raised another thread related to this problem. community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=26865 (http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=26865).

I have since resolved this other problem as it seemed to be caused by a corrupt DB. I think this was related to a problem I had after updating price schedules via the UI. See http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=25092

Everything seems to be working Ok now.
