How do I add in drop down menus into actinic v7?

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knew how I could add in drop down menus to my side bars? For example when a user rests their mouse over the heading 'gifts' then a drop down menu would appear saying under £10, over £10 etc. Is there a html code I could add in to activate this?
