None of the above

On our shop we have UK and Northern Ireland set up as delivery locations.

However, the customer is still able to choose 'None of the above' as a delivery location.

I have removed the option from the Actinic Catalog database and it still appears.

Any ideas?

Hi Nick

It could be a couple of things.

You may have a default shipping charge if the shipping band is not defined (see Business Settings | Shipping and Handling). Or you may have "Do not allow 'None of the Above' as a zone member" unchecked for one of your tax zones in Business Settings | Tax.

You should be able to remove it permanently using 'Advanced | Locations'.
