Protx again!?

After having sustained problems with not getting protx integration correct I decided to reinstall actinic and have updated it and installed the patch for protx.

Now having checked all the passwords every order comes into the payment pending section and isnt authorised by Protx. What is causing this problem????

Please can i ask what version 5 do you have. To find out, please go into Actinic, then click on "Help | About"

Also have you edited the protx perlscript to include you own key and email address. The perlscript is OCCPROTXScriptTemplate.pl

If you open this file in notepad, then the lines you need to edit are:

my $sPassword = 'testvendor';
my $sPROTXURL = ' ';

You need to include you own information in testvendor and url that Protx has given you

Hi,

we use protx for all of our sites with no problems whatsoever.
Ask protx support they are pretty good.
