what pages does the NETQUOTEVAR:BULK use?

This is the title of an essay ;)

NETQUOTEVAR:BULK is a placeholder in the primary template and is replaced by other templates depending on which page is being displayed. E.g. on the product and section pages NQV:BULK is replaced by the productbody template, and in the main store page, it is replaced by the catalogbody template.
