Out of Memory

What does Out of Memory mean when I am sure the catalogue is not full up and my webspace is 60% full.

I have a window pops up with catalog - out of memory warning which will not let me continue.
The problem is because I thought I was full up of content I deleted a small section which was unpopular and didnt realise it had a link from the special offers section - it will now not upload and you cannot even change the link or delete the link in said section because the out of memory box reappears

Reboot your pc and restore a previous snapshot

every time I try and change the data in a fragment text field I get this message. Tried compacting the DB, in fact, its happening on every site. I've run Actinic as admin too. Is there a setting vista needs to allow the memory to be higher?

V7 does not run properly on Vista. There is a patch in the pipeline.

Been using them together for a week or so, thats the only problem I've found.
Going to manually edit the DB for now.

Do we have any ideas when the patch is out?
