Mapping File Location

Hi all,

We have created a mapping file that loads and is used with no problems within one copy of the system here, but we want to export that mapping file for emailing out and then subsequent use on another system.

Anyone know where the mapping file is located as we can not find it anywhere within its own file.

Is it located within a Db surely not.

Search your 'Actinic Ecommerce v6' folder for *.map files. They should be in there somewhere.

Unfortunately, this does not seem to reveal the hidding place of the mapping file for import.

Any other ideas please.

Is it located within a Db surely not. Surely is I'm afriad. You'll find it within the 'ImportMappings' table in the database. I am informed that Actinic has not used a mapping file since v3 - shows how long it was since I last looked at this then :)
