New Requirements for Electronic Disclosures

Hi,

We have been advised by our accountants that since 1st Jan 2007 it has been a requirement for a registered company (ie Ltd) to disclose the following information on a company website and any other electronic document (ie all emails):

Company Name
Country of registration
Company Registration number
Registered Office

Failure to do so will result in a fine :eek:

To implement this I have built it into our outlook signiture, have added it to our contacts page on our site (http://www.kmscameras.co.uk/acatalog/Contact_Details.html) and to the Actinic Email Templates for orders.

Just incase those of you in registered companies weren't aware.

This is a great tip - thank you, have done outlook signatures and the website, but how do I change the email templates?

You can amend email templates by going

Advanced > Template Manager > Misc.> Email

All the email templates should be there.
