De-encrypting CC Details Orders

Help, i currently do all the updates to our catalog on my laptop, when im away, but when ever i copy the updated version of the catalogue back accross to the machine where all the orders are processed, (nothing has changed on the machine whilst i have been away) it doesnt give the cc details just says they have been sent seperatly even though the customer has enteredd them on the site,

Can anyone help with a solution,
