www.puddlepetcare.co.uk
Got a friend who a couple of weeks ago told me she couldn't see our site using her recently upgraded to IE7 laptop. Well today she has upgraded her main PC to IE7 and can't see the site - only thing she did wonder if it was some problem caused by Norton - and was concerned that lots of other people out there wouldn't be able to access our site.
Thanks
Kathy

Found out it was an issue with Norton My friend has just emailed and said
"even though 'parental control' was turned off, there was checked items (defaults) in the configuration, such as adult content and drugs, which when I unchecked them, let me in"
Now we don't sell drugs or anything that is adult related - worked out that the word manhood is on our site (as we live on the Manhood peninsula) and we think that was blocking it - that word has now been removed from out site - do wonder if this has been having a bad effect for years! I do know that we were listed on a couple of porn sites few years ago because of the word manhood ;)

I had a similar problem with the word 'dating' - I have a site which has a tool for dating houses - nothing to do with a marriage bureau!

We have had similar problems when setting up firewalls, you ban things like sex, and people cant get to sites with essex, sussex and glassex which is a big NEC conference.
Not easy nowadays
