How to remove 'select country'?

I am only going to supply products to the UK. I have removed all of the other countries from within actinic, but now on the first stage of the checkout it says "Select Shipping Destination. Country : " and then it fills in UK as the answer (as obviously it is the only one).

Now it seems a bit silly to ask the customer which country when they don't actually have any choice, and can't change the selection. How can I remove this bit of the page (preferably without changing things at html level).

Even better, as nothing useful is done on this page (no country selection and the 'separate delivery address' has been disabled), can I skip this and go straight into the next page? (if so how?)

I have read the other post that answers this question , but has it now been resolved so that you can select not to show shipping destination when you still need shipping not to be simple ? As the original post was in Nov 2002.. wondering if any updates have changed this ? and if its still on a wish list to be released at some point ?

There is no way around this at the moment. I have recommended some changes in the order of pages in the checkout - which will hopefully be included in a future release.

I just started evaluating Actinic but I made this happen by defining only one shipping zone country and deleting the none of the above (something like that, I don't have it here) location in advanced>locations.
