System Crashed, Order shipped, %items =0?

The sytem crashed, the order has been shipped, emailed printed etc. etc. Marked as shipped on view but still there on pending with % items shipped = 0.

Anybody got any ideas how to make this a complted order?

First, try unshipping and then re-shipping the order lines (with the Unship/Ship' button in the Line Items tab)

If that does not work, try this:

What you need: You need to take a backup first and also you need a copy of Access 2000 (or higher)

1) Open up ActinicCatalog,mdb within your Site1 folder (make sure you don't have Actinic open)

2) GO into the 'Orders' table and find the row with the offending order.

3) Find the 'Total Lines Shipped' column and change the value in there to be the same as the number of product lines in the order.

4) Close the database and then go back into Actinic.
