Hello,
I keep getting the following error message everytime I test a customer login form, does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
'Sorry, but we found your account but couldn't read the details. This may be because the login page you used is an old copy stored in your browser cache. Press the Browser Back button, then refresh the login page and try again.'
Many Thanks,
Nick

Hmm.... someone else had this one recently whereby it worked fine if he uploaded from one machine, but nof he uploaded from another.
Here are some things to try:
1) Remove all *.fil files from the 'Site1' folder on your PC (apart from ActinicSCCode.fil). Also remove all the *.fil files from the 'acatalog' folder online. Then do a 'Web | Refresh Website'.
2) If you are uploading through a firewall/proxy, try temporarily disabling/bypassing it and try the 'Web | Refresh Website'.
3) Take a backup before trying this one... Use a 'File | Export' to export all your customer accounts to a text file. Then delete all your customer accounts and then re-import them from the text file. Then do a refresh.
Hopefully these will get your site working.
This just happened to me and delete the fil files are refreshing resolved the issue, however, be careful with deleting the fil files, I got over enthusiastic with deleting them and I removed them from the commonocc directory, which stops the site uploading, make sure you follow chris's instructions carefully.

An update from another thread - this usually happens when switching between sites before uploading as this confuses the customer accounts. You need to close and restart Actinic, then upload the site again and the bug seems to clear.
heres the other thread: http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=37372&highlight=found+account+read+details
