Recently my orders are not reflecting in my actinis.I have dome a trial order and I get the paypal notification but I have no way of knowing what was ordered because actinic is not picking on the orders.

Is actinic downloading the orders? If so, are they maybe in the 'pending' tab?

More information would be helpful.

As Mike says check in your payment pending tab to see if the order has been received there.
Sometimes the customer will not return to the store after paying and hence Actinic may not know for sure that the payment has been completed. The email is only sent after payment has been confirmed by Actinic.

If you are referring to gracefashionshop.com then the error.err file shows errors relating smtp authentication. Run a network test and see if you receive the test email.

A similar problem - I have test ordered, and can see the order files sitting in the acatalog of the site. But Actinic (v8) says there are no orders to be retrieved. The Secpay payment has gone through and emails to myself and the company have been sent by Secpay, but to the emails from Actinic. Can anyone help? Thanks.

first guess would be check network settings match your current site details

When did you last upload?
Have you changed anything in your network settings since?

Are you definitely looking at the correct version of your website (ie production mode/test mode/hosted elsewhere?)

Hi Tracey, as it happens we've just changed hosts so I'm battling with the network settings. I think I've got them right, but....the Actinic help page on this is a bit vague. Anyone got any detailed knowledge they could share?

Well you could post your current and former network settings (minus passwords etc) maybe?

And who is your new host and what package do you have with them?

Here's the current settings - the old ones aren't (I think) of much relevances now because the site architecture is so different under the new host. The host is Inmotionhosting.com and the package is pretty all-embracing: up to 5 domains, lots of disc space, unlimited traffic etc.

It's probably obvious, but the www.babymusic.com site sits under the www.calarecords.com site.
