export snapshot error...

When I do a backup (snapshot) I get the following error:

Errors
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 398) - The file C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v4\Sites\Site1\diffprice.fil was not found System error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified.


This has just popped up, has anyone got any help they can offer??

Jenny,

The *.fil file you mention is just a index file that contains the price information if you have got price schedules on your store. Actinic can re-generate them if they are not there - so as long as the snapshot is actually being taken correctly, you have nothing to worry about.
