Hi, im trying to ship op-guides online using the Actinic checkout and auto ship option, however I (and my customers) always get a 'Error 500' message when they click on the link that is emailed as confirmation. The same message appears if the link in the checkout page is clicked on.

Any help well recieved.

Can you perhaps post a typical link that doesn't work or a url with a sample (free) product to download to try this out?

I get that error too. What happens when you run a test in 'Advanced | Network Setup'? If it all passes successfully, can you update your store and then check to see if the same happens?

Kind regards,

I have checked the 'Test' and everything is OK, still get the error though.

Any thoughts???

Gareth,

Go into your Site folder 'C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1' and look for a file called nph-download.pl, rename this to 'download.pl' and update your site. This should sort the problem, the error is due to a parsing error with the nph- script.

Kind regards,

I had a download.pl file already, so I have deleted the download.pl file and renamed the nph-download.pl as instructed. I have uploaded and tested the site and it works.

Thank you for your help.
