Please help I am a beginner to this.

My first and only customer so far has complained she is getting error messages with Paypal.

I wonder how many other people this has been happening to... i have been so worried nobody has been ordering from my shop for the last 3 weeks!

Paypal is my only form of payment at the moment.

I placed a test order and it appears to function correctly, taking me to Paypal. Maybe there was just a temporary problem. Try a few test orders yourself and see if you get all the way through ok.

I had a problem with Paypal PRO end of last week / this week but they are sorting it out at the moment however it didnt affect the normal paypal it was just online credit/debit card payments on my website.

It actaully caused me mass problems but I hope it will be sorted out soon.

I had a problem with Paypal Pro last week too. It ended up with customers paying 3 or 4 times because they didn't think it had gone through. It has left my paypal account in a real mess - refunds everywhere! I have contacted them but haven't heard if it is definitely sorted. Recent orders have been ok so fingers crossed.
