Digital Download - One product - many versions

We sell pub quizzes and are gradually putting all stock onto Digital Download.

Nearly all quizzes in this section can be purchased online, hwoever there are 5 different 'Sex Trivia' quizzes.

http://www.freequizzes.co.uk/acatalog/Valentine_Quiz.html We've put them online as 5 different products which will work OK, but ideally we'd like the customer to be able to pick the number of rounds they require - then the names of the rounds in the same section. ie. Choose sex trivia then pick rounds 1,2 and 4 for digital download.

Is setting up each quiz as a separate product the best way of doing it?

We have a bigger nightmare to come if this is the case as we use variable pricing in our main section http://www.freequizzes.co.uk/acatalog/The_Mixed_Bag_Pub_Quiz.html and have 150 different quizzes that can be chosen

One idea:

Create a main product called 'St. Valentine's Day quiz' (or whatever) and then create each round as an optional component. This will appear as a number of checkboxes online. Then, associate each component with a hidden, digitally downloadable, product.

Customers can select which rounds they want by ticking the boxes, and the download links will appear under each individual component in the receipt.

Hope this gives you some ideas.

I've used Chris's suggestion previously and it works nicely, just create one hidden product for each actual product and link your components to the hidden products - works a treat.
