Can Not Retrieve Orders

When trying to retrieve orders I get the message
"The server scripts or incompatible with this version.....
server version 6 DDVA client version 6 DHBA

From what I have seen in the KB and forum, I copied *.pl and *.pm from the \original directory into site1 and refreshed the web. Still no change.
Am I missing something here?

what you are doing is the correct solution.

I would try removing all the cgi scripts from the cgi-bin and do another refresh
