Recently we have been experiencing problems getting the payment from Protx. Our site is very busy all of the time and we cannot keep checking the Protx interface to see if PSP-pending orders have in fact been paid for. It happens randomly but so far in the past week there have been four PSP-pending that were in fact paid for!

Protx insist the problem lies with Actinic. Does anybody know why this is happening?

When either Protx servers or your web server are too busy to communicate and the script times out at either end, there is no payment confirmation. Could that be what is happening?

Can you not print the Protx Transaction reports once a day, and find ten minutes to compare with the pending orders in Actinic?

thus it could be your hosting, it your site is very busy, maybe it is on a server that is also very busy.

if no other Protx user has the same problem it might be worth running checks on your server/host
