Orphans

I'm creating a new site from a suppliers CSV file.

The import sort of works, but the products never appear, and when I restart Actinic I get a message about Orphan products being recovered under $$Orpahns1

Presumably I'm missing something obvious here?

When you say sort of works, this will be the problem.

Under the NONE flat file import, it covers every possible attribute and option possible, so has to be exact and mapped properly, so assuming the sort of works means, it reports errors, I would check the errors and fix those as that is where the problem resides I am afraid.

You need to be very correct and specific when building the flat file. Examples of flat files can be found in 'C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\Common'.
