Alternative payment method selection

I think the answer is probably no, but a client doesn't like the drop down selection on the Payment Method Selection screen and would prefer them to be displayed as Radio Boxes. These are for the Secure Online Payment or Credit Details Sent Seperately options.

No problems I said (like a fool) but I've been through the templates endless times and can't figure out how to do it, any help would be really appreciated!
