Hi,

I'm a new user to Actinic, appologies if this is covered elsewhere.
I have uploaded my website and I can navigate it all with no problems. I have just asked a friend to sense check it all and he says he gets page not found on all the shop sections and sub sections. I assume and seem to remember it is a security setting problem, but I just can't find where to lower the setting. My SSL is switched off.

Many Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Your network settings appear to be wrong. See http://titanbolts.co.uk/cgi-bin/acatalog/index.html . The cgi-bin and acatalog should be on the same level.

The path to cgi-bin may be wrong. Run a network test and post the errors.

First off this pop up window appeared:

The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again. If it fails again, then it is possible, you were locked out by a firewall program, or you don't have network connection to this server.

Then This once that was closed down:

Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
server: passed
connection: failed
sockets: passed
communications: failed
authorisation: failed
message: Connection refused

Post your network settings (without usernames or passwords) and say if the site is windows or linux, who your host is and what package - someone may then be able to help with the settings.
