I have about 3000 orders in the Completed Orders file of Actinic V 7.

These orders have been processed over the last 12 months.

What do people suggest I do with them for tax purposes etc.

I am not very pc literate and don't understand exporting files etc.

I have searched the forum but its all as clear as mud!!

Any simplehelp would be appreciated.

thats abit of a general question....What do people suggest I do with them for tax purposes etc.

are you asking about presenting your accounts or are you simply asking how to achive data just in case your tax/vat inspector wants to see info in several years time

Sorry yes - I want to save my data in case tax inspectors need to see it
in years to come.

Electronically, save a snapshot, site1 and the matching catalog.exe to CD - although this will be useless if you have anything under 7.07 and only a Vista PC in a few years time

Best bet Paper - use moleend onestop order processing to export sales to xls and print, or print one of the reports available from within actinic
