I have an unexplained problem which occurs when printing the packing report on some orders.

Occasionally when I print off an order there are items not printed on the report. I can see where there should be something as there are two lines squashed close to eacher. This doesn't affect the price as the subtotal, shipping, VAT and total lines are all still there. When I view the order on screen, I can see what has been ordered, but this is a pain to check every time and I worry I might send an order out short.

This problem is not on long orders and there seems to be plenty of space left on the page at the bottom.

Any ideas?

I cannot find any reason why actinic will just squash any lines together. The reports have a set format, which the printer drivers follows.

My only suggestion to you, is to test out your printer. Try printing out a 4 page document and check it please. If you find some lines squash together in here, then it possibly a printer driver issue or printer communication

This could also be related to the paper feed on your printer.
