Fatal error while importing snapshot

We are getting this error message come up when we attempt to import a snapshot on Version 6

FATAL ERRORS
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 240) - Archive error 13 - Extract selected files call failed
Library error - Error creating file C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\CommonOCC\Thumbs.db ! has been caught.


It seems to have coencided with our checkout stopping working on our live site - www.whatevercomicsshop.co.uk - but we are not sure if the two problems are related or if we are just cursed! :D

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Error creating file C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\CommonOCC\Thumbs.db

go and delete the said thumbs.db and try again

If its that easy i might just cry.....
