shipping and handling charges

I use Actinic 4 for the website I work on. My client would like to add an extra charge to Hawaii and Alaska because it costs more to ship their product out to people in those areas. I looked at the shipping and handling in my business settings and I can't find a place that would allow me to do this. Is there a way to add the extra pricing to each individual product for people in those areas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Peter

Hawaii and Alaska are states of the US and are listed as regions of the US location in Advanced | Locations. I suggest creating a new location and moving the Hawaii and Alaska regions into this. Then you can create a new shipping zone in Business Settings and include the new location in the properties for this. Then create a higher shipping rate in this new zone.
