View Full Version : Uploading my site isn't working

Hi

I am experiencing problems when trying to upload my catalog to my site.
I have version 6.1.2.0.0.0.DDVA of catalog.
When I to to update website I get the following message:
C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\SiteExplorer.pl was not found.
What does this mean?
Alaso when I go to Advanced Network Setup, and click test I get the following message:
The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again. If it fails again, then it is possible, you were locked out by a firewall program, or you don't have network connection to this server.
And then gives me resuilts of the test.

Can anyone help me as I am tearing my hair out here, with frustration.

C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\SiteExplorer.pl was not found.

go to the folder called Original, copy the file into Site1 and try again

The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server.
Try entering 'localhost' for this field - or maybe just leave it blank whilst you get the upload working.
