delivery - charges dependent on area and delivery date

Hi All

I am wanting to change my delivery settings to the following

free delivery over £300 (mon-friday)

£20 normal delivery (under £300 monday - friday)

£25 fixed charge on saturdays

region dependent charges (for example if the live in the highlands of sctoland etc)

at the moment the website is set to anything over 300 is free and anything under is 20. can any one tell me how to insert the extra componemnts please?

Hi Sinead

I'm afraid there is no ideal solution for this because from Actinic you can only ship either by value, weight or quantity. It looks like in your case you will have to setup shipping by value. You can only setup free delivery across all boards. You will have to define shipping regions and bands and then setup the Value, cost grid. But inspite of doing all of this the customer will still have to choose the shipping metod themselves. This is how I can see this being done.

If anyone else has an idea/though please let us know.
