i get this message
Catalog received a network error while merging files on the server. Try again later and contact your network administrator if the problem persists. The operation timed out.
any help please:confused:

Speak to your ISP/host and/or check any firewall you may be using.
It is a connection problem and not a catalog one

Net Effects are an Actinic partner, so they should be able to give you the settings necessary to run your Actinic store. Just tell them you are using Actinic.
