Trial Problems

Hi there,

Now I'm currently trialing actinic epos software However I have a few issues with it that I would like to get sorted before forking out £400 on software I cant use.

1. I have a Labau TM200 Parallel Thermal Printer. I cant for the life of me find anyway to set this up in the opos software provided.

2. Not being able to set up the printer also leaves me with a useless cash drawer.

the one thing i'm finding hard to work out is why all the harware listed in opos is only made by epson am I to be forced to spend more money on epson peripherals.

Im afriad im not familiar with that printer model, the best thing to do would be to get in contact with the manufacturer or even the shop you brought it from to find out if it is Epson Opos compatable?

Epson Opos just lists Epson printers, but its possible the Labau TM200 can be set up within Opos using one of the Epson Printers to run the printer.
